Pohja Localhistory Archive

The Pohja Localhistory Archive was opened on October 15th 1991 by the Fiskars Localhistory Society. The archive advisor Mikael Korhonen, the Society member Börje Sjöblom and the museum’s departmental amanuensis Carola Kämpe were among the founders of this important archive.

The archive's task is to collect, organize and maintain localhistory material relating to Pohja and western Uusimaa. The archive lies next to Fiskars Museum in an old office building owned by the Fiskars company.


Opening hours
The archive is open in Tuesdays 15-18.
