A video presentation about the Slag Building, in swedish Slaggbyggnaden, was published today. The presentation works perfect as an audio-guide when you visit the museum. The building was originally constructed in 1842 as a dining hall for the workers at the Upper Works and later served as a residential house. Today, the Slag Building houses exhibitions, Café Hammarbacken, and the museum’s offices. Through the link, you can explore the history of the building and its exhibitions.

During the Easter season, the museum is open from 3–5 April, 11:00–16:00. In the museum exhibition you can admire a large Easter tree decorated for the occasion.
