The Ironworks Villagers’ will be engaged in various activities at Hammarbacken throughout the summer, starting on June 1. You are warmly welcome to take part in workshops, listen to stories about the ironworks, or simply observe the daily chores.
The workshops are free of charge this year, and the theme varies from time to time, but the common denominator is sustainable living.
The Ironworks Villagers’ are present at the Hammarbacken museum area daily from 11:00 to 17:00 and at the locomotive shed from 12:00 to 16:00. During Midsummer, June 19–21, the museum is closed.
