The Autumn is here but the museum is not falling asleep. Our exhibitions in the Museum buildning are open during the winter season, 1.9-31.5, Wednesdays to Sundays 11am to 4 pm. From October, we offer free admission to the museum the first Saturday every month and arrange different activities. On 1st of October during the Slow Food event in Fiskars we are arranging a bakning workshop at the museum bakery. This time visitors can take part in bakning traditional karelian pies and churning butter. During the Dark Weekend we arrange an exiting guided tour with Fiskars night guard. What do you think happens in the ironworks during dark hours? Welcome to a tasty and interesting local museum!
