Over its 75 years, Fiskars Museum has become a vibrant local museum that reflects the rich history of industrial culture and the everyday lives of the people living in the community, from the 1600s to the present day. The museum was founded in 1949 and is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year, marking an important milestone in preserving and presenting the local cultural heritage.
We invite our visitors to celebrate the 75th anniversary with us on Wednesday, October 30th, from 11 am to 6 pm. We are offering free museum tours at 11:30 am and 2:30 pm, each lasting about 30 minutes. The museum director will be on site with coffee ready between 3 pm and 6 pm, sharing the latest updates on the museum’s current projects. If you would like to support the museum, you can do so by donating any amount to the “Pelastetaan pässi” project. Warm welcome! Free Admissin!
Our fundraising permit number is RA/2024/1090.
